  • Their experience with their sales executive – professionalism, product knowledge, integrity.
  • How well were extra items such as insurance and OTR costs explained.
  • Overall communication

The Isuzu brand came out on two big key points – the full purchasing experience, and, product knowledge with impressive scores of 9.1 and 9.2 out of 10, respectively. This, all thanks to the Isuzu dealer network training and extensive curriculum that supports the development of their teams and staff.
